What is PhillyTradeExperts?
PhillyTradeExperts is a connection platform that matches Philadelphia employers with graduates of the Philadelphia Technician Training Institute (PTTI). Our staffing team reviews every work request and personally matches it with available, verified graduates. No payments are processed on the site.
How fast can I get matched?
Most work requests are matched within 24 hours. Submit the trade, headcount, start date, and location, and our staffing team connects you with available graduates.
Which trades do you cover?
Eight PTTI programs: Welding Technology, Steam/Sprinkler/Pipe Fitting, Manufacturing and Automation, Concreting/Masonry/Framing, Central Processing and Sterile Service, Automotive Technology and Repair, Drywall/Framing/Finishing, and HVAC.
Do you serve areas outside Philadelphia?
No — we serve Philadelphia only. Every graduate in our pool lives locally and works within the city.
How do payments work?
There are no payments on this platform. Hiring terms are agreed directly between the employer and the graduate, coordinated by our staffing team.
Are the graduates verified?
Yes. Every candidate is a verified PTTI graduate, checked for OSHA compliance training and work authorization before entering our pool.
