About PhillyTradeExperts

PhillyTradeExperts was built around a simple observation: Philadelphia employers need skilled hands fast, and graduates of the Philadelphia Technician Training Institute (PTTI) leave training with exactly the skills those employers are missing — welding, pipe fitting, automation, concrete and masonry, sterile processing, auto repair, drywall, and HVAC.

We're not a job board and we're not an algorithm. We're a staffing company: our team reviews every work request, verifies every graduate, and makes every match personally. Most matches happen within 24 hours, and hiring terms are agreed directly between employer and graduate — no payments are processed on this site.

We serve Philadelphia, and only Philadelphia. Every candidate in our pool lives in the city and can get to your site. And because hire.phillytradeexperts.com is part of the PhillyTradeExperts.com network, the same team behind our main platform stands behind every placement.
